Epson introduced the AcuLaser M2000 and M2010D monochrome laser printers in February 2008, with print speeds OEM-rated at 28 pages per minute (ppm) and monthly duty cycles of 20,000 pages.
The supplies set is made up of a toner cartridge and separate drum unit. Replacement cartridges are available in 3,500 page and 8,000 page yield versions that require a chip for correct printer operation.
